Online submissions are not available for the English sessions;
all English abstracts must be submitted by e-Mail according to the instructions below. Invalid/incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
Formatting revisions for publication may be made, if necessary.
Participation fee
All participants are required to pay Registration and Congress Dinner fees in Japanese yen at the reception desk.

Abstract Submission Instructions for English Poster Presentations
Deadline: The deadline for abstract submission is May 21, 2015 June 30, 2015
Presenting author: The presenting author must be a member of the Korean Community
Abstract Submission
Fill in the Abstract Submission Form attached and submit it to the Congress Secretariat at the following address:

Word count restrictions: Title: 25 words, including subtitle. Abstract: 300 words.
Number of abstracts to be accepted
A presenting (principal) author may submit only one abstract; however, there are no limitations for the number of abstracts that a primary (presenting/principal) author of one abstract may submit as a co-author on additional abstracts.
Review of abstract
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by Referees and additional revisions may be requested, if necessary.
Notice of acceptance
Decisions regarding abstract acceptance/rejection will be confirmed by e-Mail in early July, 2015
Date of presentation
Poster presentations are scheduled on September 24, 25, and 26, 2015.
Detailed information regarding session times will follow at a later date.
Presentation
The presenting author should be present at the poster during the allocated time.
Moderators are not prepared (to discuss each poster in great detail) but free discussion time is provided.
Detailed information, including poster format guidelines, will follow at a later date.

Personal information provided during registration is only used for The 62nd Annual Scientific Conference of the Japanese Society of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Personal information will be protected and will not be disseminated elsewhere.
